George Martin

Founder and CEO

George W. Martin is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Veterans Infrastructure Services, Inc. (VIS), a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned and Minority-Owned Small Business supporting electric utilities through qualified field execution, storm response, grid modernization, supplier diversity, and strategic technology partnerships.

George leads VIS’s mission to help utilities improve system reliability, strengthen operational resilience, and accelerate modernization by combining experienced utility professionals with advanced technologies, including drone-based inspections, AI-enabled infrastructure solutions, and utility-grade field services.

Dan Gatti

President & Chief Operating Officer

Dan Gatti is a technology executive, business strategist, and U.S. Army veteran who has served as CEO of three Silicon Valley technology companies. He is the Managing Partner of Innovative Capital Ventures,  Vice Chair of the Chairmen’s RoundTable, Executive Director of the Big Data AI & IoT Forum, and Adjunct Faculty in the San Diego State University Graduate Program in Homeland Security, with expertise in cybersecurity and emerging technologies.

At VIS, Dan focuses on corporate strategy, utility business development, strategic partnerships, and the integration of AI, drones, IoT, and emerging technologies into grid modernization and critical infrastructure solutions.

Adler Milord is an entrepreneur, operations executive, real estate investor, and technology innovator with a track record of building companies, developing data-driven platforms, and identifying opportunities within complex and underserved markets. Throughout his career, he has combined operational leadership, technology, analytics, and investment strategy to create scalable solutions and generate measurable business results.

Peter Ababio

Apparatus Technical Director

Extensive experience inHigh Voltage Apparatus Testing, Substation Operation, Maintenance, and Non-destructive Testing (NDT).

Expertise in utilization of IEEE, NETA, NEC, FERC, and NERC standards and guidelines to conduct maintenance, construction, commissioning, and NDT testing of substation and line equipment from 4kv up to 500kv voltages.

Dave Bellandi

AI and Technical Partner

Dave Bellandi is an experienced technology and marketing executive with over 40 years experince at companies such as CHI (Catholic Health Initiatives), Hewlett-Packard, Agilent, FrontRange Solutions (Goldmine) and MAYAN Networks as well as his own consulting company. Recently, Dave has focused heavily on the Utility  sector, bringing his leadership and technology expertise to the development of new programs, innovations and services.

Brandon Battee

Utility and Construction Safety advisor

Brandon Battee provides strategic guidance and operational oversight to ensure VIS and its partners maintain the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and field execution. The Advisor supports safety programs, workforce and contractor qualification, training, incident management, and utility-specific compliance while helping VIS meet OSHA, customer, and industry safety standards and maintain a strong safety-first culture.
